Free and Premium Services

• Free Service: Access to core lessons, basic vocabulary practice, limited AI interactions
• Premium Service: Unlimited AI interactions, premium content, advanced features, priority support
• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time
• Free users can upgrade to premium at any point

User Responsibilities

When using Malgrove, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial language learning
• Respect other community members
• Not share premium content with non-subscribers
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI systems

Intellectual Property

All content, including lessons, exercises, and AI responses, are owned by Malgrove or our licensors. You may use our content for personal learning but cannot redistribute or commercially use it.

Premium Subscriptions

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99/month
• You can cancel anytime through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months, but you keep access until period ends
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you lose access to premium features but can retain free access.

Limitation of Liability

Malgrove is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages or learning outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
